in real estate lending, specializing in mobile home fincancing, I finally
put my business plan into action in the year 2000. I realized that there was
a shortage of, and a need for, brokered loan services available to the general
public. I spent five years acquiring the approvals to do business with almost
every institutional lender in the country. My relationship with these entities
is so close that I know their loan products and underwriting requirements

- 3 to 5 years of Credit History
- Credit Score should be 620 or higher
- Must be able to document monthly income (Pay Stub, W-2 Form, Bank Statement,
etc.)
- Down Payment must have paper trail for 3 months
- Manufactured Home or Mobile Home can be in a park or on its own land
